Refund Policy

At EmpowRyse Learning LLP, our students' success is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality, valuable learning experiences that meet your expectations. If you attend and complete at least 80% of your course but feel that the training or content did not meet your expectations, we offer a refund of your course fees, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:
1. Course Completion: You must have attended and completed a minimum of 80% of the course sessions (both online and in-person).
2. Feedback Submission: You are required to submit a detailed explanation of the reasons for your dissatisfaction with the course, including specific areas where the training or content did not meet your expectations.
3. Time Frame for Request: All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the course completion.

Process:
1. Send your refund request via email to [support@empowryse.com] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Course Name]".
2. Attach proof of your course attendance (minimum 80%) and the feedback document.
3. Our team will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Process Terms:
- Refunds will not be processed for students who have attended less than 80% of the course.
- Refunds are applicable to course fees only and do not cover additional services such as e-books, pre-recorded sessions, or any value-added courses.
- GST and other transaction charges are non-refundable.
